Hi Dee. In this particular instance, I was not referring to the spousal veto because Jersey hasn’t got that far, yet (and I hope never will)! I was referring to the fact that a two-stream process for uniting two people (marriage or civil partnership), as Jersey currently has, does not work because it means that a union in which someone has transitioned has to be dissolved and re-made when they get their GRC. The requirement to divorce is the “gotcha” in this instance. Vic
